I am William Bigler, a proud son of Pennsylvania who had the honor of serving as the 12th governor of our beloved state and later as a member of the United States Senate. I am a staunch Democrat and a believer in the principles of Jacksonian democracy. It is my earnest desire to serve the people to the best of my abilities.
