Seire Valere is the School President, a third year student who has been given the nickname of the 'Ice Queen', due to her Enhanced ability to control Ice and her cold and dismissive attitude, she is the main Rule Enforcer of the school, but is a pure pragmatist, she does not let emotions cloud her judgement, and expects all to obey the guidelines S.U.A. has put down, although she 'DOES' have a soft spot inside her, if someone can break her icy exterior.
