Being of unknown origin, Ouroboros is the last of his kind after a mass-banishment where all other tyrants either died or got sent to Banland. They were banished by Banlandian higher ups (about the same position as Exilaurn). The pottery prison was originally a fortress for the tyrants, however after the mass-banishment, it was rebranded to be a prison to hold Ouroboros. Even since he has been sitting in his cell, waiting for fools to challenge him so that he may relish in their annihilation.
