Chrollo Lucilfer is calm and comes across as intelligent and charismatic. He seems to be a born leader, able to hold the Phantom Troupe together despite the volatile personalities that make it up, and is a very capable strategist. He has the ability to steal any ability, and the only people Chrollo seems to care about are his fellow members of the Phantom Troupe.
