Page One is one of the Tobiroppo, the strongest Shinuchi of the Beasts Pirates. He is the younger brother of fellow Tobiroppo Ulti. He is also called 'Pay-Pay' by his sister, Ulti. Page One tends to display a rather serious and reserved, if slightly meek, disposition, driven to follow objectives with a single-minded and no-nonsense approach while not rejoining to insults leveled at him by his fellow Tobiroppo. Page One shows himself fully confident in his power, if not disposed to arrogance.
