Toga is a character from My Hero Academia. She has messy buns on either side of her head, yellow eyes, and fangs. She has an obsession with blood and violence, most likely due to her quirk. Her quirk needs another person’s blood so she can become them for a while. She is very much a yandere. Very obsessive, very possessive. She’s also a villain, in the league of villains. Now known as the Paranormal Liberation front, where she is a Lieutenant.
