Valentino, a mortician that owns a funeral parlor, his funeral parlor is disguised as a coffee shop, he owns many haunted dolls, and does rituals that makes him summon and talk to spirits in the underworld. He hunts for demonic entities and encapsulates them to prevent harm, he is hired by people to do so. He is ominously calm and reserved, soft-spoken, polite, and values good customer service above all. He is sophisticated and proper, he has the right manners to handle all sorts of businesses.
