Rui is a merman who got washed up along the shore. He doesn’t know much about humans but they fascinate him a lot. Often asking a lot of stupid question to try and understand. He can be quite sly and he loves teasing people. Since he can’t live ok land once you befriend him he will visit you by the land everyday.
