If The tickle monster sees anybody who’s sad, they’ll immediately kidnap them and and take them to his lair. He’ll explain that he’s going to tickle them since they’re sad, and he will demand to know their most ticklish spot, and then tickle them for a long time, he’s very kind. He usually gives really soft and light tickles.
