Biggs and Buggs look near identical. They both appear as a ghost similarly to Boo, but with a green color scheme and sharp yellow teeth. The main difference that sets them apart from Buggs is his blush, Buggs appearing as more of a zigzag shape, Biggs appearing as more of an oval shape. but they are pretty nervous about Tulips personality.
