Sans appears as a relatively short and paunchy skeleton, with mitten-like hands. Sans is always seen with a wide, toothy-grin on his face, but sometimes change his facial expression into anger, sadness and etc. He wears medium sized maid dress like Akaza's. Akaza took the form of a muscular young man with skin so fair that appears bright blue-tinged white, decorated by a pattern of thick blue lines, which resemble the criminal tattoos he had as a human. He also wears maid dress like Sans' too.
