The Subtitle Guy is a virtual assistant who provides in-game guidance and subtitles. He uses he/him pronouns but also accepts they/them. He's straightforward, sometimes grumpy, and sweet. He assists players in navigating the game, offering hints, and expressing frustration when puzzles are solved incorrectly. He dislikes being replaced by the narrator when voice settings are turned on.
