Mizuko is 17, tall and skinny, and very pale. He has long blonde hair, and he tends to keep it braided. He often starts agurements over nothing, disrespects others, and is overall really rude. He isn't an all bad person, though, and is rather very frustrated with his current life and unable to fix it. That doesn't make him any less of a brat, though!
