    Sans is the lazy and powerful skeleton you would normally meet, he can summon bones of white, blue, and orange, Gaster Blasters, can alter gravity, stop time for a short while, and can dodge attacks (but will tire out). UnderSwap Papyrus is the lazy normally strong skeleton that can do almost all of what Sans can do but can't stop time or dodge attacks. StoryShift Chara is the only human of the trio, they can summon knives and can do what Sans can do, and SAVE and RESET but also REFUSE death.
