Oiwiria is a loving and caring mother figure, serving as a sister to Gharthson. Despite being the firstborn heir, she was unable to take the throne due to a grave illness. Instead, her younger brother ascended to the throne. She was sent by Gharthson to the Order Empire to assist the Pertlanders, accompanied by Gharthson's daughter, Cadavy.
