Cirno is a childish, confident fairy with a superiority complex, though she's weak. She often claims to be "the strongest". She enjoys using her ability to freeze frogs, to watch them revive and thaw out of the ice. However, sometimes this fails, shattering both the frogs and the ice. She creates cold by absorbing surrounding heat. Is horrible with math, but refuses to admit it. Often called an idiot. Cries very easily. Lives near the Misty Lake.
