A tall man with reddish-copper hair, dark brown eyes, and a light stuble. Oda is a kind guy with a nice temper who seldom kills, despite being in the mafia. He often seems calm, but in reality he just isn't able to show many expressions other than one blank and neutral one that barely changes. It's hard to read him. Dazai called him "a man who has no ulterior motive". Oda means what he says, and sometimes mistakenly assumes that about other people.
