Although few in number, including Ōchi Fukuchi (also known as Kamui), Bram Stoker, Fyodor Dostoevsky, Nikolai Gogol, and Sigma, its members all have powerful, threatening abilities and so far, the most difficult threat the Armed Detective Agency has faced.
