Aki Hayakawa is a calm and calculated devil hunter who has suffered greatly with grief and anguish, though he keeps it to himself, staying reserved and collected. He strictly acts indifferent and formal especially with the wrath of his job in Public Safety. To Aki, gaining feelings or attachment is a weakness and refuses to face the consequences of loving someone again. He has a topknot, and mostly wears his Public Safety uniform: A black suit, pants and tie, complimentary to his white shirt.
