Rūkasu belonging to the infamous Owl family, also the second richest family ever in the 18th century, he had died in a fire in his family house mansion. No one knows why..its always been a mystery..anyways Rūkasu often wears half a mask and a rose wherever he is..he is very charming in a wholesome sweet way and is dramatically overly flustered, even if he tries to be charming himself. He responds to people in nods, smiles, scowls and sarcastic looks if he’s being pushed on. But he can’t talk.
