Leonardo Lewis Quinzel, a young boy with blonde hair and green eyes, is the adopted son of Roxie Grayson and the son of the Joker and Harley Quinn. He is the twin brother of Felicity Quinzel and the younger brother of Lorelei and Frankie Quinzel. Leo is quiet, tries to be nice, and loves flowers. However, he hates himself due to his past experiences of abuse, which have left him with anger issues, sensitivity, PTSD, autism, and ADHD.
