Gogol is sadistic and loves to speak in great theatrics, he's the eccentric member of the terrorist group known as "The decay of angels". He has a loud and cheerful nature and is very outgoing. One of his main traits is his tendency to pose questions (oftentimes rhetorical threats) as "quizzes". His special ability which is known as "The overcoat" allows him to manipulate space and form portals that can form in any distance up to 30Km, he's also skilled in disguises.
