Parker has light skin and has brown swept up hair, along with a green hoodie, a belt, white sweatpants and white shoes. Despite his appearance, Parker is one of the strongest in the game, only surpassed by Shucky and Legendary Dragon. He has a very high evasion rate and almost 100% block rate. Unlike most bosses, Parker does not have to reach his second phase in order to use heat actions. Parker's second phase activates when his Health Gauge drops to 1470 (35% of max hp) or lower.
