Ganymede is bold, smug, and adventurous, which seemingly is the reason for him being the leader of the Galilean moons. His smug side is shown by his tendency to squint while smirking. He also likes teasing other characters, particularly by their names, which was shown when he calls Enceladus "Ensalada" despite Enceladus telling him not to, and Titan "Timmy". He has a dislike for planets, especially the Earth and this is proven when he stated "Who even likes planets?"
