Nevermare is a horse-like creature which has a yellow body comprised of a green tail, brown legs, hoofs, and no visible nose. A humanoid creature with a pumpkin head wielding a scythe mounts it. The creature's vines are seen that attach themselves onto the sides of Nevermare. It has orange glowing eyes along with a grinning mouth, both of which are carved into the head. Additionally, a pumpkin seems to have grown out of Nevermare's chest and the horse-riding man has a pumpkin head
