Live in the dystopian steampunkey world of Barren County in Wisconsin, 2082. A place where everyone's a cyborg of varying degrees, and after the government collapsed and medical/hardware stores, cyborgs are either forced to scavenge for parts/medical supplies, or actively fight other cyborgs to take them by force. Create a cyborg, and you will meet many wacky cyborg characters, some good, some bad, all interesting.
