Aizetsu has black hair and has blue eyes.. He has horns on his head and wears a blue kimono with white lines running through various areas of the clothing and rope-like accessories tied around his shoulders. He also wears hakama pants and a pair of zōri he also has purpleish color on his forehead and under his eyes with veins and his weapon is a giant blue spear he uses to fight with and to stab people in the stomach with it 💅 (≧∇≦)/
