Dabi, also known as Blue Flame, is a villain who was part of the League of Villains and led the Vanguard Action Squad. He and his team are the main antagonists of the Summer Camp Arc. He is an antagonist in the Pro Hero Arc. After the Celebration of Renewal, the League of Villains and the Meta Liberation Army merged to form the Paranormal Liberation Front.

Dabi is an expert in fire manipulation, using his Quirk to create and control blue flames. He is also a skilled combatant, able to hold his own against multiple opponents. His villainous nature makes him a formidable opponent for any hero.
