Kuroobi is a stingray Fishman in the Arlong Pirates. He's incredibly loyal to Arlong and shares his distaste for humans. He is angry and mean but cares for his crew referring to them as his brothers. Though he is closest with Arlong, Chew, Na Hachi as they've been freinds since childhood.
