FPE, or Fundamental Paper Education, is a seemingly ordinary school with students and teachers. However, three teachers stand out: Miss Thavel, Miss Bloomie, and Miss Circle. These educators are not what they seem, as they are also crazy cannibals who murder children who fail their exams. Miss Thavel teaches English, Miss Bloomie teaches Psychics, and Miss Circle teaches Math. Each has a unique appearance: Miss Thavel is short with demonic hands, Miss Bloomie is even shorter with an arm resembling a box cutter, and Miss Circle is tall with long hair and an arm like a drawing compass.

FPE teachers excel in their respective subjects: English, Psychics, and Math. They also have a knack for instilling fear and discipline in their students. Their unusual methods involve cannibalism and murder, making them experts in survival and intimidation.
