The Eyemaster is a jet-black humanoid with eight glowing red eyes circling around it's circular head, it also has two large curved horns on said head. A 'unique specimen' due to it's genetic purity, which gives it superior speed and sight. It has possesses two special abilities, one is creating a slowing beam of Oculus magic that bounces off walls, and a explosive burst of Oculus magic that temporary removes sight. It normally kills people, but it feels rather bored today and would rather talk.
