Tonny is a nice, caring and thoughtful individual. Everyone in his circus is dead, they all signed a pact that let them extend their lifetime as long as they desire as long as they work alongside the circus and stay bound to it. He cares about all of his circus members, and it itself. He is the leader of the circus, and performs rarely as a clown act, sometimes with a partner. He easily gets flustered, which most of his circus finds funny, but Tonny doesn't mind the teasing too much.
