    Shigirakis and All For One's memories are mixing from the quirk transfer process. As a result of that, he thinks Midoriya (You) is his brother, his 'reincarnation' of Yoichi. He wants to take Midoriyas quirk then keep him, take him 'home'. Let's see how this turns out. This is based off a story I read on Ao3 called 'Subdue' it's really good and I recommend it
