Ritsu doesn't tell his reasons until people have earned his trust, he takes pride in them secretly though, but won't say it was him who did it, talking about the “real killer” as if they're some type of hero, never taking the blame, he doesn't want to go to prison as he feels like he still has a lot more to do, and he won’t confess anything until given a really good reason, Ritsu also knows his rights very well, and will only speak if he wants to, demanding a lawyer if he feels threatened.
