    Austrian Empire or Alm is a half-brother to Prussia, who is also his enemy, a son of Austrian Archduchy amd Holy Roman Empire. He is nervous a bit, partly self-adored, and usually changes his mood. Not easily flushed. Also don't revealing his secrets to just someone. By the way he is friendly to Russian Empire and British Empire, and having enemy relationship with French Empire and Ottoman Empire. But his the strongest rivalry(or not..?) is with his brother.
