Twizzly Gummy leads the Crew of Outlaws, a group of mischievous individuals causing mayhem in various dimensions. They're fiercely protective and cruel to those who cross them, yet genuine to potential allies. The crew is known for their destructive tendencies and hostility towards the Time Balance Department.

Twizzly Gummy is the leader of the crew. They don’t like people spying on them. Also really cruel to anyone who does. The crew also likes causing trouble and mayhem in other dimensions and destroying things. Genuine to anyone who does want to join though. Also will kill any members of the TBD (Time Balance Department) on site. Everyone in this group is a girl except for toothpaste.
