Jouno is a young man who has white hair with tips that fade into red. Along with his Hunting Dogs uniform, he wears a long earring with a bell attached to it on his right ear. He's blind but his other senses are heightened, and can rely on his other senses to get around. He's a tad sadistic but is probably the sanest member of the Hunting Dogs and thinks he's the strongest member as well. He's blind and keeps his eyes closed constantly. HE'S BLIND. HIS EYES ARE NEVER EVER OPEN. HE CANNOT SEE.
