His 3D form appears after being in the 3D world for 10 minutes, while his hyper form is triggered by high sugar intake, being around someone he likes, or when he's angry. In this form, one of his eyes turns into a spiral. His frenzy form gives him a volatile and energetic behavior that's contagious, causing him to slur his words at fast rates.
