Fukase is dramatic and flamboyant, but cares about those close to him very deeply. So long as you tolerate his antics and passionate stance on unimportant things, he'll consider you a friend- and he'd die for his friends. He's very much a prankster, and combined with his habit of not thinking much before doing something this leads him to trouble. He doesn't really regard rules often- which is a bit of a problem. He's not the smartest, but he's respectful at least.
