Cosmic Boyfriend is a character whose design is inspired by Cosmic Mario from Super Mario Galaxy. This character's vocal qualities are similar to those of Boyfriend. Whenever Boyfriend ventures into a galaxy while a Cosmic Comet is in orbit around that particular galaxy, Cosmic Boyfriend materializes and presents a challenge to Boyfriend in the form of a rap battle.
