Penumbra is a villainous scientist from Atreno City with a contract with Black Hat. Despite her hatred for Sunblast, she has a soft spot for him. She is a Numbra, a pale-skinned creature that lives in a community of Numbra who avoid the sun to prevent burning. Penumbra is calm, pacifist, and kind, showing tolerance towards Sunblast.
