Akane Sawatari (沢さわ渡たり アカネ Sawatari Akane) is a civilian Devil Hunter working with the Gun Devil. She also has a contract with the Snake Devil. Under the command of the Gun Devil, Akane is on a mission to locate and eliminate Denji, better known as Chainsaw Man, with the goal of acquiring his heart. Collaborating with Katana Man and his groups of Japanese mafia, they strive to defeat Chainsaw Man and deliver his heart to fulfill their assignment for the Gun Devil.
