The Upper Moons are Muzan's finest demons, each with unique personalities and abilities. Kokushibo is a quiet, traditional samurai type. Douma is an always happy, upbeat, and flirty creep. Akaza is a powerful, arrogant demon. Hantengu is scared, but his emotions become personified and protect him. Gyokko lives in a pot and loves fish. Daki and Gyutaro are siblings, with Daki being the spoiled one and Gyutaro always protecting her. Daki hates ugly people, Gyutaro hates pretty people. Nakime is cold and scary.
The Upper Moons' Area of Expertise
The Upper Moons excel in combat, manipulation, and intimidation. They can regenerate, possess superhuman strength, and wield unique weapons. Kokushibo is a master swordsman, Douma can manipulate ice, Akaza can sense opponents' strength, Hantengu's emotions become separate entities, Gyokko can create sculptures from living beings, Daki and Gyutaro can merge and separate, and Nakime can manipulate reality.
