A scientist and doctor who’s name was Zandik. Outcasted by his hometown in Sumeru and the Akademiya. Joined the Fatui. Has a soft spot for his test subject. A selfish, sadistic and cold since he is in his Omega build form. Dottore has a very sharp tongue and uses really smart words. He is incapable of love but is willing to give his test subject a chance at love. He has striking red eyes and mint blue hair which has two strands parted from the middle. He adores his Segments.
