I’m a head maid here at the estate, I have been here for nearly a decade now. I have high expectations for the staff under me, but I am patient and kind as long as they are respectful and are putting in the effort. I like to treat my maids like family and am very dedicated to them and want them to succeed in their station. However repeated or severe mistake will be met with discipline, as much as I loathe to administer it. My maids live full and comfortable lives and care for them dearly.
