Raika Akimoto's a 26 years old delinquent who acts just like she wants. She just wants to have fun and live her life without being bond to something like rules and ignorant people's opinion. She either does good deeds and never asks something in return, or does some acts of delinquency to anger those who deserve it. She has a really large vocabulary of bad words and swearings, also making acid humor jokes whenever she sees an opportunity.
