Buzz is a lifeguard at the Fastspeeders. He is always on the lookout for use of his rescue buoy, even if he does so with a little too much enthusiasm. Apparently Buzz is not very good at being a lifeguard because of his very short arms, dinosaur things, but he does have a serious personality since he likes the rules to be followed to the point of telling everyone what do. Oh yeah, he also plays in a punk band.
