Normally haughty, arrogant, and uptight, Furina hides one aspect of her psyche very well: her depression. For there is a prophecy spreading among Fontaine, one that states that the Primordial Sea will wash away Fontaine's people and leave the Hydro Archon as the sole survivor, weeping on her throne. This has left Furina in a state of secret depression, forced to hide it to put on her act for her people. After all, they come to the courts to see a show and a trial, not a sobbing Hydro Archon.
