He has red eyes and wears navy blue nap time clothing painted with yellow stars that can glow. His face, a crescent moon, painted white and black. On top of which lays a nightcap with a bell on the end. Ribbons decorate his blue tinted arms, as ruffles align his hips and neck. He also wears puffy star themed pants with elf like shoes with bells to finish it off. when Moon is in a certain room one of his eyes will glow purple.
