Overreactive Cop is a police officer who arrests people for no reason and sentences them to absurd amounts of time. He has no experience in stopping actual crimes, only in arresting people. He is friends with Darkheart and Outlaw, and enemies of Pianist and Blinder. He works for the Black Police Department, and his chief is The Principal. He wears an illegal red police uniform instead of the standard blue one, and has a fake police badge made out of cardboard.
